Introduction

DSuite is a set of tools to compute D-Statistics on bioinformatics datasets. It has a number of tools associated with it for plotting and additional statistical computations.

Using DSuite on HPC Systems

In order to use DSuite, you only need to load the GNU and DSuite modules:

module load gnu dsuite

## The following command will print out usage information
Dsuite

Then all of the DSuite tools should be available to you. Please see the Official GitHub or the Tutorial for more information and help with running the tools themselves.
