The Sliger Data Center suffered a power outage on Monday, October 10 due to a vendor issue. The issue has been resolved, and all systems are back online.

The Sliger Building is now a materials recovery facility for 16 product streams, in concert with nine program partners in the United States.
We are very pleased to report that we have added 40 new compute nodes to the HPC cluster.
We are hiring a Research Application Specialist.
Compute nodes ordered in October, 2021 are now installed and available. We are still waiting on the GPU nodes ordered in October, 2021.
RCC and RIDER Center hosted a Renovations and Reslience open house event at Sliger Building on March 24. The Center for Information Management and Educational Services (CIMES), FSU's Sustainable Campus, and Sustainable Tallahassee participated and provided presentation contact. We showcased Data Center improvements and the new plastic can ring recycling program that we implemented at FSU.
