There are many different ways to connect with the RCC. This page describes our communication policy and how you can stay up to date with important RCC updates and the latest news, research and training. We communicate with the FSU research community via six channels:
We send out critical systems notices on this listserv, including systems maintenance, new features, performance enhancements, and unplanned issues. All RCC users are automatically subscribed to this list.
We produce a monthly e-newsletter which includes a roundup of useful and interesting information related to RCC. All users are automatically subscribed to this list and can manage their subscription preferences by following a link included at the bottom of each e-newsletter.
We periodically post interesting RCC and HPC-related news and photos, as well as highlight RCC case studies and published research to our Facebook page.
We periodically tweet quick facts and links to interesting RCC and industry-related news to our Twitter page.
We publish video tutorials and promotional videos via our YouTube page.
If you experience trouble or have specific questions that are not addressed in our documentation, you can always email our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
